Sales Support Administrator

We are currently recruiting for an immediately available Sales Support Administrator to join our Install Support team based in Guiseley, Leeds, **this is a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.**
Assisting our Install Support team, we are seeking an organised administrator who will deliver a quality customer service experience to a broad range of stakeholders.
As Sales Support Administrator, you will coordinate a variety of tasks efficiently and effectively.
**What you will do as Sales Support Administrator**:
- Ensure efficient scheduling of Technical Surveyors diaries to meet key business targets.
- General administration and communications in response to Technical Surveyor queries.
- Review the technical survey once received and follow process effectively.
- Update the CRM system to assist with the generation of key business indicators.
- Contact customers (both written and verbal communications) regularly throughout the customer journey.
- Book and confirm technical survey dates, liaising directly with our customers including arranging re-visits and follow-ups.
- Negotiate and answer any queries raised with the customer during the Technical Survey.
- Assist with the resolution of account queries, issues or complaints throughout the customer journey.
**As Sales Support Administrator you will need**:
- A proven track record of building good relationships with all stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Organised, pro-active and confident with customer interaction.
- Good influencing skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team or independently.
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Office including; Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Knowledge of an ERP/Field Service system would be advantageous.

**We are looking for a talented customer service professional / support administrator to cover maternity leave, the role will initially be for 9 months but could extend thereafter.**
**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 9 months
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
