Receptionist/administration Assistant

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage all incoming calls, book appointments, and direct enquiries appropriately
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendar management on our Counselling system.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate office management activities
- Support other administrative duties including filing, photocopying and managing spreadsheets.
- Supporting the hubs, activities and training team with event bookings and general administration
- Undertaking DBS checks for Contractors and Facilitators
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors in person or over the phone
**Skills**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities
- Experience using systems and technology such as CRM systems
- Ability to operate phone systems and have a professional phone etiquette
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
It is important to note that our Charity is a mental health charity and many people who contact us are in need of mental health support, others may be medical professionals, families or other charitable partners involved in somebody's care. We are looking for individuals who are able to communicate well, with empathy and understanding with adults who may be in distress or need additional support. This is an important and busy role in our small team and strong communication skills, both in person and on the telephone are essential.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week
