They also provide a wide range of 'Harbour Experiences' that guests have available to book in addition to our premium residences, and can be tailored according to our guests' individual preferences.

**Responsibilities of the Housekeeping Supervisor**:

- Provide a first-class cleaning service, perfecting the properties ready for guest arrivals
- Managing the housekeeping schedules, liaising with contractors for cover staff, as well as recruitment of new members
- Coordinate our suppliers for linen and any associated stock/quality levels, cleaning products all whilst monitoring costs
- Direct control over the stock in and out of the storeroom. Ensuring the teams have all the items they need for the day's work, including welcome packs for guest arrivals and any basic maintenance items
- Manage the end to end process of maintenance
- Provide reports of each clean to the management team, obtaining critical guest feedback on the cleanliness of the property thus encouraging reviews
- Consistent high attention to detail whilst you're cleaning to ensure an example is set to others. Supervise others positively and motivating them to guarantee a successful team
- Travel to multiple sites to collect/drop linen as required, including being on call for guest liaison
- Ensure brand standards and perfectionism when dressing the property for guest arrivals
- Educating housekeepers on the premium aspects of the business, such as what is expected of them in relation to guests, and the quality expected on arrival around cleanliness
- Day to day issues that may be raised by guests or management in regards to cleaning and standards, utilizing photographs when necessary
- Ensuring resources are correct for all housekeeping staff members
- For Health & Safety including safety checks around equipment, legionella and any other aspects as require
- 3+ years in Housekeeping Supervisor
- 3+ years in supplier management/coordination
- Previous experience in a high-end hotel/ serviced accommodation cleaning environment
- Incredible organisation skills
- Excellent professional appearance and positive interpersonal skills
- An ability to be flexible as the role may involve being on a call-out roster
- Own transport as you will be in multiple locations.
