**Payroll Analyst, Europe - Permanent - £40k + 10% bonus**

We are looking for an experienced, bright and energetic Payroll Analyst to deliver the monthly payroll of a handful of our European markets covering Corporate and Store teams. The role consists in performing moderately complex work in support of payrollpreparation and distribution in partnership with our payroll provider. Working as part of a small and connected payroll team, this position reports to the Payroll Manager and works alongside a Sr Payroll Analyst. The Payroll Analyst will also have the opportunityto work on a range of projects aimed at enhancing process efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

- Accountable for the successful delivery of our European payrolls (France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Ireland etc.)
- Manage the Shared payroll mailbox and reply to queries in a professional and time sensitive manner
- Prepare and review the monthly payroll files, calculations, and reconciliations within the deadlines
- Establish relationship and communicate effectively with our outsourced payroll provider to ensure services are performed at a high standard
- Liaise with country specific authorities and provide payroll related information as required
- Be a key contributor within the Payroll team and be able to identify and implement improvements to end to end processes ensuring the continuous delivery of payroll services
- Maintain policies and procedures for each designated country
- Other ad hoc duties and assist on multiple projects as required

To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have:

- A minimum of 2 years EMEA payroll experience
- Experience of working with 3rd party payroll providers
- Experience in relation to Sox Compliance & GDPR
- Experience with running payroll processes in a retail environment preferred but not essential
