IT Engineer

IT Engineer / Helpdesk Engineer required for my client based in Farnborough for a permanent role paying £23 - £25k plus excellent benefits

**You will need to drive for this role.**

My client does offer hybrid working after a 6 months’ probation.

You will be part of a small team supporting 200 internal employees.

Essential skills - Active Directory / Exchange / Office / Desktop hardware, Desktop operations and telecoms.

**Responsibilities**

1. To assist in resolving tasks, incidents and user operating issues through direct resolution.

2. To assist where necessary in the development, implementation and delivery of systems and services in line with company requirements.

3. To ensure all procedures are documented, maintained and monitored that relate to Support Centre service delivery.

4. To undertake heavy lifting of equipment on an ad-hoc bases such as during office relocations.

5. To hold a full valid drivers licence in order to transport equipment between offices.

6. To undertake ad-hoc duties as necessary within the Support Team
