Customer Service Representative

**The Company**

We have supplied our products to numerous high-profile customers: Bentley, British Airways, Red Bull F1 Racing Team, Airbus, Astra Zeneca, and has a large social media following built around its thriving and active YouTube channel presented by the MD, Jonathan.

**The Role**

In line with the continued growth of our business a new role is being created for a Customer Service Representative. This will be a great opportunity for a self-starter with previous customer service experience, to help us in creating the best possible experience and support for our customers here in the UK as well as the EU, US and worldwide.

We are looking for someone with high levels of organisation skills, who is a problem-solver and has an articulate, confident and professional approach to dealing with customers both online and on the telephone.

We don’t always do things the traditional way here, so an individual with out-of-the-box thinking, and a desire to test, improve and develop new strategies while offering the very best levels of support to our customers is the perfect match to our small but passionate existing team.

Examples of some of your duties:

- Resolving inbound order, delivery or after-care support requests from customers.
- Dealing with customer enquiries, assisting anyone looking for support or direction on what product to choose or how to get best use of our products and services.
- Liasing with merchant or courier partners to find resolutions for our customers
- Answering inbound calls and enquiries.
- Navigating across multiple platforms to acquire accurate information to relay to customers, partners or internal teams as required.
- Accurately updating and maintaining internal systems.
- Effective communication with internal teams including sales, production, sales, purchasing and management as required to ensure customer expectations are always met and excelled.

**Skills and Qualifications**

First and foremost, we are looking for the right person to gel with our current team. We believe that the person matters more than the qualifications that they hold. However, we do require a proven track record in the field coupled with base-level competency demonstrated either through formal education, training or experience in a similar role.

If you have the background of delighting customers in a customer service role elsewhere and are looking for an exciting move to an ambitious business then this position is for you.
- 2+ years relevant customer service experience
- A passion for delighting customers and prospects.
- Great communication skills
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and manage a diverse range of tasks
- The ability to appraise existing systems and standards to make sure we are offering the best service possible to our customers.
- A desire to deliver the best levels of customer service and continuously look for ways to improve what we do.
- Self-motivation and the ability to create and execute tasks independently and in a timely fashion with mínimal supervision.

**Package summary**:
Expected hours: 37.5 per week Monday to Friday
