**Are you a Bricklayer? Are you a Plumber? Are you a Carpenter? If so we need you**

Platform Property Care, part of Platform Housing Group, has opportunities for experienced Multi Tradespersons based in Leicestershire. It’s an exciting time to join us as we are expanding and growing our talented team delivering property maintenance and responsive repairs in this area.

You will be based in the following towns and surrounding area: Leicester and Market Harborough

As part of our talented team, you will have a base trade in one of these required roles:

- ** Multi-skill Trades Carpenter** - Salary £28,851 per annum
- ** Multi-skill Trades Plumber** - Salary £28,851 per annum
- ** Multi-skill Trades Bricklayer** - Salary £26,867 per annum

**Some things we need from you**:
You will thrive on giving great customer service, keeping jobs on track and possess the drive to make sure the work is completed to spec.

The role is varied and no two days are the same It's a tough task and our expectations are high. In return you’ll have the support of a great team

**We want someone who can**:

- Deliver Multi Trade work, you will be qualified to at least NVQ L2 in one of the above trades.
- You will also have a right first time mentality and approach to your workmanship
- Excellent customer service skills
- Has experience of working in property maintenance in either Social Housing or Local Authority

This post requires a basic DBS check and you will need a full UK driving licence. You will also be part of the out of hours’ rota.
