**Job Role**: Technical Supervisor (Permanent Full Time)

**Hours**: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm (no weekend or Bank holiday working)

**Rate of Pay**: £31,000.00 per annum plus overtime at 1.5 times your rate of pay.

**Deli 24 Ltd** is seeking a **Technical Supervisor** who has the experience and drive to meet the following attributes:
Supporting the Technical Manager, you will assist with the delivery of the Company’s Quality Management System. This will be achieved by monitoring and maintaining the company and the customers quality assurance systems, food safety plan and HACCP.

The main duties of the role are:
Ensure compliance to customers policies and standards and the BRC Global Standard for food safety.

Support the Technical Manager with customer/third party audits. Ensure all documentation is available. Implement agreed corrective actions.

Complete internal audits to the agreed schedule.

Ensure that the training matrix is completed and up to date.

Liaise and co-operate with the production and commercial teams to ensure that customers are supplied with food products which are safe to eat, and that the quality of products complies with the customer specifications.

Manage & support the day-to-day activities of the QA Team

Implement traceability testing and monitoring to the agreed schedule.

Help drive a continuous improvement and food safety culture across the site.

**REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**

To be considered for the role of **Technical Supervisor**, you must have:

- 2+ years’ experience in food industry production/QA/technical role
- Food industry high care experience
- Fluency in English
- Food Safety qualification (at Level 3 or higher)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications / computer literate
- Internal auditor experience/training
- HACCP - Level 3

You must have a strong knowledge of HACCP, BRC and retail audit requirements.
