**The role**
- Supporting the Customer Portfolio team with the day to day running of a large programme in a varied administrative role which includes things such as purchase order and invoice processing, minute taking, document management and meeting coordination
- Provide support to the Programme PMO Analysts with updating deliverables required to achieve the strategic business objectives
- Provide structure and controls to the programme by supporting delivery and governance including managing project documentation

- Amazing organisational skills with the a bility to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to produce high quality management information
- Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems and technologies
- Ability to communicate with 3rd party agencies and internal stakeholders at all levels within the business
