**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Perform all general construction tasks as assigned by the supervisor or owner.
- Follow all company policies and procedures when performing work and maintaining property.
- Maintain equipment in good working order.
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Adhere to all safety policies and take appropriate measures to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Respond to emergency situations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to a positive work environment by being a great team player, respectful of others, and committed to providing excellent service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 1-3 years experience preferred in construction or related field.

**Job Type**: Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Barrow-In-Furness, Cumbria: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Construction: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
