**HR Business Partner**

**Llantarnam, Cwmbran (Office Based)**

**£55,000 per annum**

**Overview of Responsibilities**
- Support the formulation and rollout of the HR strategy
- Employee development: Coach and develop the leadership team.
- Audit management -including auditing any 3rd party HR providers.
- KPI’s Analyse and discuss root cause analysis of all HR KPI data
- Co-ordinate the annual appraisal process.
- Creating succession plans
- Influence and steer the Leadership team to focus on the strategy
- Recognition and reward. Champion and co-ordinate the Company Values Recognition Programme
- Formulate the pay and reward strategy
- Formulate and deliver the employee relations strategy, including annual pay negotiations
- Provide the recruitment team with clear instructions in labour resourcing needs and be directly involved in all management selection processes.
- Absence Management: Complete root cause analysis, to drive and implement solutions to improve attendance.
- Implement changes to the organisation design to meet changing business needs

Key Skills / Experience
- Demonstrable HR experience including experience at Senior level
- Experience of operating in a medium/large FMCG environment - Essential
- Union partnering experience
- Strong change management experience - Essential
- Strong employee relations experience gained in a unionised environment
- Experience of creating and implementing strategy,
- Sound knowledge of employment law
- Experience of improving labour flexibility
- CIPD qualified - Essential
