SELF EMPLOYED DRIVER (COURIER)
Menzies Distributionis now looking for a Self Employed Courier to join their team. You’ll be working on behalf of Menzies Distribution Limited and its customers on a self-employed basis. Providing a first class service with our team in Inverness, deliveringfor our Newstrade department.
- Relevant COVID-19 precautions will be taken during the recruitment process for this role_
SELF EMPLOYED COURIER REQUIREMENTS
- The 'Right To Work’ in the UK with no serious unspent criminal convictions
- A full UK/EU/EEA driving licence
- 3.5-tonne van (Transit or similar)
- Goods In Transit Insurance
- Public Liability Insurance
- Hire and Reward Insurance
- No previous disqualifications NI, DD or DR
- Physically fit to meet the demands of a multi-drop driving role
- Hardworking, positive and a flexible attitude to work
PLEASE NOTE
If you do not currently own or have access to a 3.5-tonne vehicle (Transit or similar) you must be in a financial position to be able to lease or purchase one. You will also need to have all insurances (Goods in Transit, Public Liability & Hire and Reward)in place prior to starting.
