Bakery Assistant

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and production of sourdough bread.
- Measure and weigh ingredients according to recipes.
- Mix, knead, and shape dough for various baked goods.
- Operate bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters.
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection.
- Decorate and garnish finished products as required.
- Package and label bakery items for display or sale.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working in a bakery or food service environment is required.
- Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
