We are recruiting for a team member who has experience of working within a bar / entertainment environment. This role is perfect for someone who excels at communicating with others in a professional manner to ensure a high quality of customer service is provided to our guests; our vision is ‘**to make every day feel like a holiday’.**

**Role**: Team member

**Location**: Walterz Entertainment Centre

**Hours**: Part time seasonal

**Salary**: £12.61 per hour

**Shift pattern**: Weekend availability is a must, some midweek shifts may be available. Shifts range between 12pm and 10pm.

**Role overview**
- Dispense and serve drinks and food as required.
- To maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness in the Hub areas at all times.
- Dealing with online bookings and assisting customers in the setting up of games in the Hub (Bowling, Darts, Pool, Karaoke etc.)

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a bar establishment (training will be provided)
- Able to produce right to work documentation (e.g. passport or birth certificate & NI document)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with team members and guests effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Be aged 18 or over in order to sell alcohol

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract

Pay: £12.24 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
