**Based in Manchester, this Housing Association are looking for an exceptional Treasury & Financial Planning Manager. Paying circa £58k fora 35-hour week, hybrid & flexible working, 27 days holiday + bank holidays and a superb pension.**

**THE JOB**:
Manage the Group’s Treasury financial services, ensuring implementation of the annual Treasury Strategy, development of robust Treasury policies and procedures, delivering cash flow forecasting and a robust treasury risk management control environment. Lead,develop and maintain the Group’s Long-Term Financial Plans, conducting sensitivity analysis and stress testing, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

**Key aspects**
- Lead, mentor and develop the Treasury and Business Partner team
- Lead the financial modelling of the Group’s Long-Term Financial plans ensuring Value for Money
- Stress testing and scenario modelling to ensure the completion of all financial returns to the regulator
- Develop and maintain forecast future cash flows for the Group & ensure liquidity
- Work collaboratively on new development projects and key asset investment plans
- Support the development of the Group’s Assets & Liabilities register
- Lead the budgeting and financial reporting of Treasury area ensuring compliance with all loan covenants and provision of Treasury Financial reporting
- Lead on the submission of quarterly and annual regulatory returns
- Liaise with external tax advisors on the submission of taxation returns, providing review and oversight of those returns and co-ordinating responses to any taxation queries
- Collaborate on the formulation of the groups Future Funding Strategy

**THE PERSON**:

- You must be a fully Qualified Accountant or Association of Corporate Treasurers with significant understanding of long-term financial planning, sensitivity testing and modelling methodologies. You will have an exceptional understanding and experience inTreasury Services, cash flow management and loan covenant compliance
- You will have the natural ability to communicate clearly and explain complex financial matters to non-finance specialists and be a strong team leader & manager, with experience of developing individual’s potential
