The Reward Solutions team is part of the wider Human Capital Solutions practice, who provide a portfolio of Rewards, Assessment and Performance solutions, fuelled by expert advisors and proprietary people data and analytics, that help clients deliver sustainedbusiness performance through their people.

**About the Role Reward Consulting**: Contribute to reward design/strategy projects within the Aon reward consulting team. Gather data, analyse results and develop recommendations and insights to support client's reward design and/orstrategy requirements. Seek new business opportunities for reward design/strategy or data projects within current client contact base.
**Product Development/ Sales**: Seek opportunities to introduce, improve or standardise Aon products and services, in line with changes to reward practice and legislation in the market.
As An Associate Consultant some of your key responsibilities will involve:
**Reward Consulting**:

- Understand and identify client needs, including business and reward strategy, complexities of data gathering and handling, data nuances and caveats, and best practices.
- Provide and interpret competitive trends and market data patterns, implications for client compensation programmes and HR strategies.
- Review deliverables for smaller projects, or produce deliverables for review by the Project Manager/ Senior Consultant.

**Relationship Building**:

- Directly lead client relationships, for either overall project or own section of project.
- Liaise with local/regional/global/ colleagues to lead client relationships.
- Support colleagues in creating, exploiting and growing the reward consulting business and have a good grasp of how the work can be leveraged to other areas of the firm.

**Project Management**:

- Manage day-to-day operations and project tasks associated with either entire project or section of project.

**Financial Goals**:

- Complete all time recording and expenses on time.
- Ensure overall project or own project responsibilities are completed within agreed budgets and timelines.
- Ensure clients are invoiced promptly, and that appropriate billing recording is carried out for the project (where applicable).
- Be aware of changes to reward practice and legislation in the market, and consider how current Aon products could be enhanced or marketed to take advantage of the changes.
- Consider opportunities to introduce standardisation to current products or service lines, in order to improve cost efficiencies.

**About you**As an Associate Consultant your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

- Excellent MS Excel skills.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting
- Client relationship management experience
- Experience of project management processes and practices
- Experience of producing and presenting reports, in a clear and concise manor, to a variety of audiences (including analysts, non-HR managers and executives)
- Some experience in a compensation/benefits function or consultancy
