As a Support Worker you will believe in our ethos and values, and you will want to make a difference in someone’s life. The primary purpose of our Support Workers is to support individuals to live meaningful, happy lives.

You will support and empower people to identify their goals, pursue their interests and hobbies, support their health and wellbeing, and be a part of their local community and to provide innovative and Person Centred solutions for people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Mental Health conditions and other disabilities irrespective of where and how they live, to improve their quality of life and to extend and exercise their rights to access more control over their lives.

**The Role**
We are looking to recruit Support Workers who share our values and want to make a positive difference. Experience and qualifications aren’t always necessary for our roles as full training is provided - are you the person we are looking for?

We’re looking for empathetic and resilient Support Workers to join our team providing excellent support for adults we support. You’ll be passionate about care and deeply committed to helping people with disabilities who can present challenging behaviour. Daily duties will include providing companionship, carrying out domestic duties, cooking, administering medication, taking individuals out for the day, attending appointments, assisting with their finances and most importantly, helping them to achieve their goals.

- Flexibility to work a variety of working hours including day, night and weekend shifts.
- We offer full training so you will need to commit to a fully paid, full time 3-week induction.
