My client is a leading local Accountancy Practice who seeking to support a Trainee Accountant begin their career in Accountancy. They are looking to recruit an ambitious individual who is looking for a career working in accountancy practice with full trainingsupport.
The Role
My client is looking for a highly motivated ambitious individual with excellent communication skills. Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with the preparation of statutory financial accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.
Assisting with management account production for clients
Assisting with some audit work including reviewing clients systems and controls
Assisting with the preparation of draft tax computations
Preparation of VAT returns
The Person
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a career working in accountancy. It is likely you will have an accounting and finance degree or experience and be interested in joining a firm where you can gain the practice exposure to accounts andstudy professional qualifications (ACCA/AAT). If you had some experience of working within professional practice, perhaps doing an internship or work experience, this would also be ideal. Full study support and training will be offered.
