We are recruiting a Logistics Export Coordinator on a full time, permanent basis.

**Client Details**

The client:

- Sunday Times Top 100 Profit List

- Based in Caerphilly, free on site parking

**Description**
- Liaising with European countries to ensure all shipments are despatched on time and all export documentation is completed as per legal requirements.
- Liaising with customer to arrange collection of goods and supplying documentation for customs clearance into destination country.
- Liaising with Sweden for packing information and information on containers
- Completion of Commercial Invoice, packing list, Customs authorisation forms.
- Booking of container shipments
- Holiday cover for myself
- Weekly KPIs
- Import collection

**Profile**
- Proficient in Excel (really strong excel skills)
- Excellent communication skills (Language barriers)
- Previous experience as a Logistics Coordinator or Logistics Administrator is essential
- Some experience of import and export preferred

**Job Offer**
- Starting salary £25,000 to £27,000
