We're looking for reliable delivery drivers to join our team using their own car or van
- Work Your Way & Schedule: Collect parcels (9am-11am) & deliver at your own pace with full control over your days, times, and earnings Book your shift patterns for the following week every Friday via Whatsapp.
- Smart Delivery System: Benefit from a more efficient and profitable delivery experience. Our app provides smart routing to save you time and fuel, and our system supports safe place deliveries for approximately 90% of parcels, further increasing your earning potential.
- Top Earning Potential: Experienced drivers average £19.50+/hour (with a minimum of £16/hour), earning 65p per parcel. 25-35 parcels delivered per hour.
- Compact Routes: Deliver efficiently within a 15-mile area covering 30-40 streets where multiple deliveries per street are common. 25-35 parcels per hour. (15 miles approx £2 - £4 ) based on average of 38 mpg.
- Payment: Self-employed, paid bi-weekly via bank transfer (2 weeks in arrears). Fuel advances available.
- Induction: 1-hour training + 50 parcels on your first day to get you earning straight away
- Development & Support: Benefit from comprehensive courier support and opportunities to gradually increase your delivery volumes. Management have done and do the job, so understand every aspect of the driver's job.
- Requirements:

- ⚖ Reliable car or van (taxed, MOT'd, insured).
- Valid UK driving license.
- Smartphone with data plan.
- Positive and communicative.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Regarding Insurance: We've got you covered with courier top-up insurance for your vehicle while you're working FREE OF CHARGE
- 2-Week Trial: The role requires 2 week starting probation to fully learn the job as 2 or 3 days wouldnt be enough
