**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through to completion.
- Conduct property viewings when needed and provide detailed information to potential buyers and vendors.
- Negotiate offers between sellers and buyers to achieve satisfactory agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and transactions.
- Provide clients with expert advice on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations within the office.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a sales negotiation role is essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent administrative capabilities, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.

Pay: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus scheme
