**Cover Supervisor / Unqualified Teacher Worcestershire**

Academics have been established in Worcestershire for over 15 years and over this time we have forged successful relationships with both secondary and middle schools across the county. We are the preferred education agency to an unrivalled amount of schoolsin and around: Bewdley, Bromsgrove, Droitwich, Evesham, Hagley, Kidderminster, Malvern, Pershore, Redditch, Stourport and Worcester.

We are recruiting unqualified teachers for September short and long term roles.
- Are you a graduate interested in a rewarding career in teaching? Considering your teacher training and would like to gain practical experience beforehand?
- Do you have previous experience in a cover supervising role or background of working with children? Would you like to develop this by working in a range of schools in Worcester and across Worcestershire?

**Unqualified Teacher Worcestershire - The Role no two days are ever the same**
- Overseeing students in the completion of pre-set work in the absence of the class teacher
- Ensuring students remain on task and manage behaviour in the classroom
- Building positive relationship with pupils across all year groups
- Assist with other duties (eg: registrations, break/ lunchtime duties)

**Unqualified Teacher Worcestershire - Requirements**:

- Enthusiastic, good sense of humour, confident, patient
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable with good organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and within a team
- Resilient, reliable and versatile
- Hold either a degree or experience of working with children (eg: TA, LSA, mentor, sports coaching, youth work)
