**Overview**:

- A well-established mortgage broker firm who has connections with various estate agency brands throughout the Southeast and Southwest of England, require an experience mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work from home in the Woking & Guildford area anddeal with new leads generated on a day-to-day basis.

**Main Duties**:

- Our client is an established mortgage broker firm that has been trading for over 10 years and now has over 30 employees require an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work from home and deal with new leads on a day-to-day basis from variouswell known estate agency brands.
- Working from home with the option to go to the office when and if required you will deal with the leads generated via the team of estate agency staff.
- You will then contact the new client to discuss a convenient time and place to discuss their mortgage requirements, you are able to discuss the clients mortgage needs, via zoom, telephone, or face to face dependent upon the customers availability.
- As a mortgage broker covering the Woking & Guildford area, you will offer whole of market mortgage and the associated mortgage protection advice to the new clients, ensuring that all advice provided meets with the network’s rules and regulations.
- Based on the leads and enquiries provided as a mortgage broker or mortgage adviser you should be looking to bank over £120k, giving an earnings potential of £55k plus, the top brokers earn over £85k.

**Key Skills**:

- As this mortgage broker is a home based position, it is essential that you must possess either the full CeMAP or CF1 & CF6 qualification and be experienced in offering whole of market mortgage and protection advice.
- Applications will be considered from either mortgage brokers or mortgage advisers providing you live within the Woking & Guildford area, have a clean credit history, a full UK driving licence and CAS.
- Experience of working with professional introducers would also be an advantage.
