We are working with a highly sought-after architectural practice based in Newport that is seeking a Healthcare Architectural Technologist to join their award-winning team
It is crucial that you have extensive knowledge of the Built Environment and proficiency in Revit along with being up to date with the UK Building Regulations.
This award-winning Architectural practice has built a solid reputation and relationship with clients throughout the past 20 years. The Healthcare Team is highly committed to providing quality service - this is reflected in the high levels of repeat business.
Having a solution-led approach allows the team to truly understand the needs of their clients. Each project is unique but often has familiar aims. This practice offers a full range of architectural services from interior design, urban design, Masterplanning,consultancy and 3D modelling.

Architectural Technologist - Healthcare: Newport
- Work on a variety of big and exciting Healthcare projects - must have experience in this sector
- Solid knowledge of UK Building Regulations
- Proven track record
- Confident in liaising with consultants, colleagues, business professionals and Directors of the company
- Able to effectively manage teams to meet deadlines
- Revit is essential
- Comfortably present work externally and internally

**Salary**:

- Depends on previous experience and abilities
- Ranges from £30,000 - £38,000 (depending on your experience)
