We are looking for an extremely creative, energetic and passionate Senior Designer, who is passionate about luxury design and the latest design techniques.

As a senior member of the Design Studio team at Goodwood, supporting the marketing and digital teams, you will; take an immersive approach to the Goodwood brand; have a love of and excellent understanding of luxury design and layout; be confident in producing engaging, high-level concepts; work effectively in a fast-paced environment; engage with your colleagues, helping drive up standards of creativity across Goodwood; support and inspire junior level team members.

You will also have excellent knowledge and experience of briefing external suppliers in a compelling manner.

This rewarding and exciting role will provide the opportunity for you to thrive in a dynamic and varied environment, collaborating with teams from across the 12,000-acre estate, as well as working behind-the-scenes at our awe-inspiring and internationally acclaimed Goodwood sporting events.

***What do you need to be successful?**
- BSc/BA in Design, visual Arts or a related field
- Experience as a lead designer or senior designer and an original portfolio of completed design projects
- Excellent understanding of layout and typography within the luxury sector.
- Strong knowledge of digital software, such as Figma, is beneficial, and competent with Microsoft Word and Powerpoint
- An eye for beautiful photography
