Robertson Bell is pleased to be partnering with this exceptional public sector organisation, based in South West London, who are currently seeking a Management Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis. This role offers the opportunity to join asmall finance team where you will oversee the transactional processing within the finance function and provide critical business partnering to key stakeholders.

The main responsibilities of the Management Accountant include:

- Taking responsibility for the production of monthly management accounts with the support of management and relevant budget holders.
- Working closely with budget holders to review financial performance, identifying and analysing variances.
- Liaising and regularly meeting with internal staff and answering any income related queries that may arise.
- Supporting senior management and the costing team with general ledger analysis and providing suggestions on affordability practices.

- Proven working experience completing monthly management accounts or involved in monthly or quarterly accounts production.
- A relevant accounting qualification.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
