**About the Team**:
The Supported Housing Commissioning Team manage numerous funding streams to support rough sleepers and single homeless people in the borough. These funding streams and amounts have grown over the years, which in turn, has increased the number of services and projects we commission and deliver.

**About the Role**:
The Commissioning Officer post will oversee the Vulnerable Adults’ Pathway ensuring high quality, innovative, housing-related support services which are suitable for rough sleepers and single homeless people with support needs and will ensure the best possible outcomes for them. The Commissioning officer post will also support the team in the recommissioning of services across the Pathway, ensuring Lambeth is responding to the changing needs of rough sleepers and single homeless people in the borough.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our lively, passionate, and welcoming team. The role will be extremely varied, and you will play a key part in making a significant difference to some of the most vulnerable people in Lambeth, those sleeping rough or without a home.
