Job REF 03/ Ayr/SB.
Hours: 1 x 5-hour part time posts. This will include evening and Weekend support as and when required.
**Salary**: - £11.44 per hour plus 5.6 weeks paid annual leave pro rata.
The position would suit someone energetic and outgoing who is able to weekdays and work at the weekend.
Hours to be discussed at interview. Approximately 5 hours per week, the hours would be to support with getting out to do activities, develop life skills and interpersonal/ conversational skills. NB. Staff must not use mobile Phones while working unless in an emergency. She is very shy so conversation will have to be led by the worker initially Until she becomes familiar with them.
This post is to provide support to a person who has a learning disability. She has a sociable nature and enjoys, singing, the cinema, dancing, music, and is keen to source groups in the community that she could join with likeminded people.
Two up to date Reference contacts are required one of which must be from a present or previous employer. In addition, a new PVG enhanced disclosure will be required prior to appointment (disclosure cost to be met by the employer).
Probationary Period attached is 6 months to this post. During this period, either party can end the employment by giving the other one weeks’ notice.
