Our wide range of experience gives us the capability to perform all assignments to the highest standard. **Salary £24,000 - £25,000 Dependant on experience** **, Permanent** **Workdays - Monday - Friday** **Work times: 08:30 - 17:00** **28 days holiday per annum (20 days + bank holidays)** **Optional NEST Pension Scheme inclusion** **Company mobile phone provided** **Duties Include**: - Recruitment and interview of new staff - Answering emergency mobile out of office hours - New Starter Documentation: right to work checks, documentation checks, starter packs completion checks, raising contracts and chasing relevant paperwork - Inputting hours, updating holidays and sickness calendars - Ensuring all spreadsheets are up to date (Holiday, staff tracker) - Arranging covers for sickness and holidays - Dealing with incoming calls and offering assistance and guidance where required - Detailed message taking and showing initiative when sense of urgency is required - Providing a highly professional "meet & greet" service to all clients visiting the building for appointments - Dealing with queries regarding staff - Dealing with queries regarding wages - Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail - Taking minutes of the meeting - Organising and collecting timesheets - Communicating with clients and staff - Maintain good relationship with staff - Other Adhoc requirements **Must have experience in**: Microsoft Office 365 Package including Outlook **Desirable skills** Knowledge of the Cleaning industry Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Excellent organisational skills Safeguard awareness **Salary**: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year Schedule: - Monday to Friday
