**What you'll be doing**

To support the Chef Manager/Catering Manager with the leadership and management of the entire kitchen brigade. Their focus will be to ensure there are consistently high standards of food delivery and kitchen management across all sections of the business onsite.

⦁ Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
⦁ Clean front and back of house areas
⦁ Perform cold food preparation and made to order services
⦁ Restocking items and stock rotation
⦁ Operating the till and cash handling
⦁ Client focus - providing excellent customer service at all times
⦁ Perform daily paperwork and keep diligent records as required
⦁ Follow food hygiene and safety procedures at all times
⦁ Sweeping/Mopping and general house keeping to ensure areas are cleaned to a high standard at all times.
⦁ Preparation of any other public facing areas as required
⦁ Undertake relevant training as required of all aspects of the role, including working towards your Food Hygiene Level 2 and Health and Safety Level 2 qualifications.
⦁ As a member of our team you are equally responsible for cleaning and hygiene and that any assigned daily and weekly cleaning duties are carried out to standard.
⦁ To carry out any reasonable task which assists with the service, food preparation, hygiene and other matters pertaining to the efficiency of the kitchen.

**Experience**

⦁ Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as full on the job training will be provided
⦁ A DBS check is required
⦁ Excellent team player and communicator
⦁ Dedication and self-motivation
⦁ Good reliability and time keeping
⦁ To work on own initiative or as part of a team
⦁ To be able to maintain personal hygiene
⦁ Professional and Courteous manner
⦁ A passion for food and service
⦁ Flexible approach to hours and duties
⦁ Willingness to undergo training as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
