The **Sales team leader **will be the driving force behind the business’ short, medium, and long-term development.

The key objective will be to achieve or exceed the annual sales plan.

**Sales Team Leader - Main duties**
- Along with the sales director to ensure the overall sales plan for the company.
- Management of Sales advisors and office team
- Prepare annual sales plans.
- Develop the company CRM system and ensure this is kept up to date.
- Attend relevant trade shows, some weekend work will be required to support these.
- Attend relevant product training courses.
- Daily reporting.

**Sales Teams Leader - About you**
- At least 3 years sales experience and looking to advance your career into sales management.
- Understanding of the dental sector is preferred but not essential.
- Good understanding of concept selling.
- Natural rapport builder at all levels.
- Ability to lead a team effectively.
- Enthusiastic leader with the prospect of moving quickly into a sales management position as the team grows.

We are looking for an individual with proven success in a high performing sales team. As we grow, you will play a vital part in developing and motivating our sales team. From regular reviews to proactively managing KPI’s - you will coach them to win opportunities and enhance their sales skills.

As the sales team leader you will mentor others by supporting them to exceed their targets while using a wide range of sales techniques to proactively drive sales growth across the team. You will also identify areas for continuous improvement through effective reporting and market analysis. As our business continues to thrive the opportunity to grow with us and take on more responsibility.

**What you will be doing**:

- Driving sales and profitability across our sales team
- Effectively coach others to deliver exceptional customer experience throughout the sales team
- Proactively supporting the team through regular feedback, coaching and mentoring
- Identifying areas for improvement using sales and market data
- Using sales techniques, industry trends and insight into the competitive landscape to equip our sales team effectively

**About us**

We are a family-owned business that distributes innovative dental implants and products to dentists and laboratory technicians through two companies. We need to expand our sales team to increase growth. The directors are dentists and as such we only sell products that we use within our dental clinics. The small friendly office-based team engages directly with our customers through events, digital meetings and traditionally over the phone. Over the past few years, we have developed our web shop sales alongside great support.

Work Location: In person/ hybrid.

Full time permanent position

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
