We are seeking to appoint a highly organized and self motivated Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team at MJF Specialist Flooring Ltd.

As a Sales and Marketing Assistant you will be responsible for supporting the sales function and a direct influence in managing our future pipe line of work by generating leads and controlling direct enquiries. You will support the Operations Manager and play a crucial role in managing the sales enquiry function, direct liaison with customers along with targeting future sales and sectors based on data analysis. Producing sales reports on a monthly basis and identifying trends in the market sector.

Marketing aspect will be managing the company social media pages and identifying potential projects and sales through various avenues. Collating project photographs and producing case studies of previous projects for marketing purposes and to upload on our social media platforms.

All training will be provided regarding Specialist Flooring, we are focused the persons ability in sales and marketing over product knowledge.

**Responsibilities**
- **Sales**
- Managing sales pipeline

- Collating all sales information to handover to contracts department

Maintain accurate sales documentation including sales enquiries being kept up to date, follow up regulatory with customers, securing projects, liaising with sales team and producing sales documentation with quotations produced by the sales team.
- **Continuous Improvement**

Identify opportunities to enhance the sales processes. Recommend and identify key areas to target taking market trends in to consideration.

**Requirements**:

- Sales administration work experience at least 2 years preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to support multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexible and reactive can-do attitude with high level of self-motivation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Analytical skills to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement.

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
