**Steward**

We are seeking a **Stewarding** to oversee and coordinate back-of-house operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in the pantry, storerooms, and kitchen areas.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise porters and stewarding staff to ensure smooth operations, including dishwashing, cleaning, and equipment distribution.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all back-of-house food and beverage areas.
- Manage staff schedules, control costs, and ensure adherence to HACCP and safety protocols.
- Oversee the inventory, storage, and requisition of kitchen supplies and equipment.
- Conduct staff training, performance reviews, and ensure operational efficiency at all times.
