We are a leading M&E Contractor who are currently recruiting a Mechanical Supervisor to join our team, to supervise our Commercial projects across London.

**Mechanical Supervisor Responsibilities**:

- Reporting to and working with the Project Manager.
- Supervising and managing mechanical sub-contractors.
- Produce RFI's
- Assess the quality of work that the client’s Labour and its sub-contractors are delivering.
- Dealing with any technical issues that may arise.
- Making sure that safe working practices are always maintained.
- Attending everyday meetings with the management and other trades.
- Delivering toolbox talks.
- Arranging inductions.
- To manage the productivity and push the project towards the completion date.
- Assist with Technical submittals

**Mechanical Supervisor Requirements**:

- SSSTS or SMSTS.
- Mechanical trade or Engineering qualification.
- 10 years’ experience working for Mechanical Contractors
- Experience in commercial projects.

Salary 50-55K Plus Travel package

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Mechanical Supervisor: 10 years (preferred)
