We aim to provide you with an insight into how our global business operates, by providing you with a series of rotations where you can get hands on experience working as part of our teams. Key Responsibilities - Your programme will consist of job rotations in different departments such as Underwriting, Portfolio Management, Claims and Digital Transformation, in order to give you a strong understanding of our business. - Alongside working, we also provide an in-house development programme, helping you to identify and develop your strengths, supported through mentoring, development workshops, and networking opportunities. - You can also expect to work to the Level 3 Insurance Professional apprenticeship standard, an important step on the road to completing the CII diploma qualification.
