**About the Role**
In order to ensure our crews are able to constantly deliver this high standard of care, we are looking to recruit Lead Crew position. As a Lead Crew, you will be expected to provide expertise in the provision of quality patient care, guiding and coaching crew in the delivery of safe clinical care.
To enable this to happen, you will need to lead by example and have a proactive approach in implementing and adhering to all policies and procedures and ensuring that the crews do the same.
