People, Talent and Compliance Apprentice

Inntel is one of the UK's largest privately owned travel management companies, based in Essex and as a result of recent business growth, we are looking for a People, Talent and Compliance Apprentice to join our team of superstars.

This is a crucial role that supports all of our employees, sometimes being the first point of contact for all prospective employees and of course being there to support our existing teams as well. Working with our People, Talent and Compliance Executives, this role will help ensure our entire HR process is administered and recorded accurately.

**Must Haves**:

- A genuine interest in Human Resources
- Confidentiality
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of MS Office
- A strong team player
- Most importantly, a willingness to learn

**Key Qualifications**
- Good GCSE’S grades (or equivalent) in Maths and English. Level 4 grade is desirable.

**Apprenticeship**
- The apprentice will be working towards the HR Support Level 3 apprenticeship standard.
- Monthly classroom attendance at Colchester Institute (Colchester Campus).

Initial training will take place at our office in Kelvedon, Essex. Following the probation period we offer the opportunity to work both from home and the office.

**Salary**: £15,000.00-£18,000.00 per year
