Croston Plumbing & Heating and Designer Radiator Showroom are seeking a vibrant and committed Sales Consultant to add to our growing team. Our new team member will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with clients and will be rewarded accordingly with excellent bonuses.
Croston Plumbing & Heating is a well-established, family run plumbing and heating company, serving Preston, Wigan, Southport and the surrounding areas. We undertake large bathroom renovations, commercial and domestic plumbing and heating and underfloor heating projects.
Designer Radiator Showroom is a large showroom of Designer Radiator products based in Eccleston Chorley with an e-commerce site supplying products nationally. We supply designer radiator products to local customers and nationwide via our website.
Job Role
- B2B Sales Calls - expanding the business and creating new partnerships with new clients by making daily cold calls.
- Office Assistance - answering the telephone as needed and taking messages for the team.
- Showroom Sales and E-Commerce Admin - assisting in the showroom and helping customers select the right products, assisting the showroom manager with maintaining of the website.
Full training on our admin requirements, our Tradify booking system and use of the telephones, payment terminal and other administrative tools will be supplied.
**Salary**: £13.50/hr
Holidays: 28 Days, including Bank Holidays. If normal working days fall on a bank holiday, these days will be taken as holiday.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts using IT tools.
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Pay: From £13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
