**The Role?**
When you join us you will receive in depth training and when you are ready, with our support, you can start taking ownership of cases from our customers with technical queries.
Supporting customers and delivering outstanding service is what we are all about so you will routinely go the extra mile to help our customers resolve their issues, using your strong problem solving skills.
