**Conveyancing Assistant**

Our legal practice client has an excellent opportunity for a Legal Assistant to join the Residential their award-winning Conveyancing team

In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to a team of 3 Solicitors with their caseload of matters, working at a practice that has a strong local reputation.

This firm are on the lookout for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant, who has a proven 6 months experience of working within either a residential or commercial property department.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Creating accounts and records
- Opening and closing files
- Conducting searches
- Conducting client checks
- Client relationship management
- General administration support in a busy conveyancing department

The Person:

- Minimum 12 months experience in a conveyancing environment
- Proactive and supportive
