We welcome applicants with construction skills and background to join our specialist conversion team.

**Duties**:

- General Labouring Duties
- Basic Joinery work
- Basic Roofing & corresponding work
- Basic groundwork
- Good knowledge of the construction industry

A proven track record.

MUST be able to make own way to site each day, A driving licence is Prefered.

Additional Information:
A typical working week is circa 40+ hours with option of weekend work.

Pay will be on an hourly rate and is dependent on experience (to be discussed at interview).

Additional training & development available.

**Salary**: negotiable on experience

**Experience**:

- construction: 3 years (preferred)

**Location**:

- Leeds area

Licence:

- driving licence (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.00-£13.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

- Leeds, West Yorkshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
