**About the role**:
As a Supply Chain Operative at Kinnerton, you will work within the Warehouse, engaging with peers to deliver the daily tasks to meet operational targets and maintain fantastic standards. You will be required to ensure that kits are available and, during production, you will need to ensure that finished foods and works in progress are removed from the floor to the appropriate area, enabling a smooth flow of work through the plant. You will use our ERP system (QAD) to book goods and control all movements of stock to ensure stock entering or leaving the site is accurate, as well as ensuring that all vehicles are loaded and unloaded in a safe and timely manner.

**SHIFTS AVAILABLE**:
**4 ON 4 OFF DAYS 06:00 - 18:00**

**4 ON 4 OFF NIGHTS 18:00 - 06:00**

**Key responsibilities of a Supply Chain Operative**:

- Excellent team and line performance
- Quality excellence and conformance to specification at all times
- Ensuring conformance with codes of practice and factory rules at all times
- Report any possible pest ingress issues to Shift supervisor immediately.
- Report any accidents, property damage or make it safes immediately as appropriate.
- Ensure accuracy in all pallets handled and transactions completed.
- Promote and encourage GMP and food safety standards at all times.
- To work alongside QA department to ensure stock released as required.
- To liaise with purchasing department with any issue with stock received.
- Raise issues with temperature or environment with Shift leader as appropriate.
- Any other duties as required by the role.

**About you**:
Ideally, were looking for someone with:

- Health and Safety induction
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently and seek appropriate resources to support and achieve goals.
- A drive to succeed, improve and challenge the norm.
- Previous warehouse or production experience.
- Good understanding of HACCP
- Relevant forklift licenses or willingness to learn.
- GCSE or equivalent at grade C or above in Math’s and English
- Good problem solving.
