**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support individuals in daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication management, and mobility assistance.
- Implement and follow care plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other staff members to ensure continuity of care.
- Drive clients to appointments or social activities as required.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients by adhering to health and safety regulations.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is preferred but not essential.
- Familiarity with IT systems for record-keeping and communication is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
- A compassionate approach towards individuals requiring care is essential.
- A valid driving licence is beneficial for transporting clients as needed.
