We are currently recruiting 2 members of staff to join our amazing front of house team.

We will be offering between 6.5-16 hours with potential overtime.

Saturdays are essential as part of the role as well as long shifts and evenings until 8pm. There is a potential for just Saturday shifts if this is something you would prefer.

You must be able to get to both of our Clinics which are at Chelmsford and Loughton as you will be required to work on a rota between both sites.

Duties
- Follow your plan for the day ensuring you meet your agreed weekly and monthly objectives. Confirm all daily appointments and follow up on any referral leads.
- Follow all administration procedures, follow up on all calls and document. You will fully update the booking process before the end of your shift
- You will be required to log daily expenditures and incomings using excel spread sheets.
- Daily administration support for all clinical teams, confirming all planned events
- Follow up on _**ALL**_ patient service-related issue or concerns
- You will check daily all in/out stock via the stock management systems
- You will check and manage the director’s diaries
- To comply with additional activities as advised by the Clinical manager or director
- You will comply and adhere to all and any Health and Safety responsibilities including Fire Alarm testing.
- Check and file all invoices, delivery notes while updating stock. You will ensure all cashing up process are completed daily and make ready for any banking
- Carry out any other tasks considered reasonable by the clinic team and management.
- You will be responsible for opening the clinic and making sure its clean and in immaculate condition. You will be required to make sure all bins both in the communal areas and toilets are empty and handtowels/soaps are replenished.

Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in hospitality, front of house would be preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Good time management and ability too prioritise jobs.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
