**DHL OPERATIONS AGENT**

**FULL TIME -**

**BARKING**

**AVTAV are proud to be working in cooperation with DHL a global logistics company proving courier, package delivery and express mail services**
- **Role** - Operations agent
- **Location **- BARKING
- **Shifts** - Mon - Fri
- **Hours** - 9am - 6pm
- **Pay between 08.00am -19.00pm: £12.94** per hour
- **Pay between 19.00pm - 08.00am: £15.44** per hour
- **Pay OT: £19.41 **per hour

**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Capturing location and data information of shipments
- Invoice checks
- General administrative support including reception
- Monitoring of data and data entry
- Handling internal and external customer queries delivering excellent customer service

**REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE**
- Excellent customer service skills and professional attitude
- Enthusiastic team player with the ability to work independently
- Administration skills and computer literate essential
- Prior experience would be advantageous, but not essential as **full training **is available

** SECURITY CHECKS **

As this role is connected to a major UK airport applicants must be willing for Avtav to complete the following process on their behalf in line with Aviation Security Regulations.
- 5-year employment/unemployment history check
- UK criminal record check
- International criminal record check for periods over 6 months
- Relevant Aviation security training completed in house by Avtav (not cost to applicant)

**Salary**: £12.94-£19.41 per hour
