**ROLE PROFILE**

**ROLE TITLE**:Driver

**REPORTING TO**:General Manager

**STAFF REPORTING TO THE JOBHOLDER**:N/A

**MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE**:
To carry out collection and delivery of customers vehicles, dealing with customers in a professional manner, ensuring high standards of customer service.

previous experience with a tachograph equipped vehicle and CPC license is ideal but not necessary.

Must have experience with customers and driving.

It would be ideal if you have experience driving 3.5 tonne vehicles, although this is not a deal breaker.

**MAIN TASKS**
- Carry out collection and delivery of customers vehicles as scheduled, completing all relevant paperwork with the customer, ensuring that the customer is treated in a professional and efficient manner
- To drive vehicles in a safe, lawful manner taking into account the weather and traffic conditions, reporting all faults with vehicles driven
- Ensure all documentation is correct when transferring vehicles
- Report any accidents, incidents to your Team Leader without delay
- Comply fully with health and safety legislation, e.g. driving whilst under the influence of sleep inducing medication, driving vehicles for which you are not insured or trained
- Maintain a high level of customer care/satisfaction
- To be aware of and adhere to all health and safety regulations and policies applicable to your position or environment
- To be responsible for the collection of payments and receipts and to ensure the correct banking procedures are followed on return to the office
- You will also valet vehicles when not driving

**TECHNICAL JOB KNOWLEDGE**

The level and scope of technical knowledge will be discussed and agreed with your manager or team leader.

**OTHER DUTIES**

Due to the size and complexity of the establishments you will undertake any other reasonable tasks or duties that are deemed to be within your capability, as directed by a senior manager to whom you have a reporting relationship.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
