**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design end-to-end user experiences—from research and concept development to high-fidelity UI designs
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups using industry-standard tools
- Conduct user research, gather insights, and validate design decisions through testing
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other cross-functional team members
- Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UX standards
- Present design concepts and deliverables to stakeholders for review and feedback
- Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and usability across all digital touchpoints

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- 0-12 years of experience in UX/UI design or a related field
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and UI layouts
- Strong visual design skills with a portfolio showcasing relevant work (academic, professional, or personal projects)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience conducting user interviews, usability tests, and heuristic evaluations
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or front-end development concepts
- Experience working within Agile or cross-functional product teams
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- **Must have legal eligibility to work in the UK—no visa sponsorship provided**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
