Children's Residential Support Worker

We are looking to recruit a **Residential Support Worker** to join their staff team for their **3 bed residential children's home** located in Macclesfield, OFSTED rated 'Good'. The shift pattern we follow is 2 days in and 4 days off. The 2 days in are from 7.30am until 11pm sleep over, going into the following day of 7.30am until 11pm sleep over followed by 4 days off. The home has a child centred ethos and it is paramount to its success. A full driving license is essential to the role as is a hard working and motivated attitude. Completion of the Diploma level 3 in Residential Childcare will be required during your employment. **Great career opportunity** **We are a close supportive team** who strive on promoting within and having the opportunity for employees to grow with the company. The advertised monthly pay is based on the contracted 173 hours, an average of 6 sleeps ins and an average of 4 on calls. On calls and sleep ins will be put on rota each month. The number of sleeps and on calls may vary. - Over time rate is paid at £11.00 per hour. - Each sleep in is paid at £50.00 per sleep. - On calls are paid at £10.00 per on call.
