Duties Include:

- Management and Control of the team
- Performance management and appraisals
- Resolve all invoice queries
- Occasional visits to the client offices
- Manage Month end process
- Monthly and ad hoc reporting
- Process improvement for accurate reporting and to ensure all billing is accurate
- Internal audit compliance
- To provide assistance at the year-end audit
- Calculation of client rebates
- Delegation of duties
- Any other task that may reasonably be requested by Management
- Training a new team after recruitment process
- Reporting and analysis of high volumes of revenue per annum.
- Liaising with directors to ensure compliance of invoicing and revenue
- Working with clients and internal managers to manage and resolve problematic debtors.
- Calculation of client rebates
- Point of contact for all client queries.
- Assisting Managers with revenue queries at month end

You will have experience of managing staff and have excellent communication skills in writing and verbally. This is a highly customer focused role and you will be required to meet clients face to face.

The position is based in Luton.
