**Job Title**:Recruitment Resourcer

**Reporting to**:Permanent Recruitment Consultant

**Location**:Glasgow

**Main Purpose of the Role**

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**

**Recruitment**
- To assist in all aspects of the permanent booking recruitment process throughout the company as required;
- To develop a good understanding of the organisational structure and work culture of the clients/health systems we serve;

**General**
- To carry out work instructions in line with all key processes and quality management systems.
- To keep the Permanent Recruitment Consultant informed about any developments, trends or problems relating to clients, prospects or team members.
- To project a professional image of the company in all aspects of your work including personal presentation of a clean and tidy manner.
- To adhere to all company policies, processes, procedures, systems and all relevant codes of practice to which the company subscribes.

**Person Specification**

**Essential**:

- An understanding of outstanding customer service
- A process driven approach to challenges.
- Sales experience or working in a target driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Demonstrable project and time management skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

**Desirable**:

- Knowledge of the medical recruitment market, locum process or the healthcare system in the UK/Ireland
- Knowledge of the Medical Market i.e. Doctor grades and specialisms.
- Headhunting experience.
- Creative thinking with regards to the creation of advertisements.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
